In the wake of the 83rd Annual Oscar’s ceremony, everyone is talking about the winners, the losers, the dresses and the jewels!
It was a fantastic night for us Brits, with Colin Firth scooping Best Actor, Christian Bale picking up the award for Best Supporting Actor, and The Kings Speech winning Best Director, Best Original Screen Play, and Best Picture.
Cream and nude hues were the palette of choice for starlets at this years Academy Awards, with Hailee Steinfield, Halle Berry and our own Florence Welch looking dazzling in flowing elegant designs.

Livia Firth looked sensational on the red carpet along side her husband, in an eco-friendly gown in-keeping with the cream theme. Her dress was amazingly designed using panels recycled from 11 other dresses from the era of The King’s Speech. Colin Firth followed his wife’s lead and wore a suit which was also created using ethical materials.
What with the Oscar’s, The Brits, Fashion Week and the Golden Globes, we have had a fashion feast of late!
